STEP 1
Customer initiates contact with Premier sales representative explaining the issues they are having with the product.STEP 2
Premier representative will evaluate if the situation can be resolved with the information provided. In some cases, Premier may offer to send parts to the customer as a means of quickly resolving the issue. If more information is required, a warranty evaluation form will be sent out that needs to be completed by the customer and returned to Premier.STEP 3
If it is determined that the customer needs to send the product back to Premier for evaluation, the Premier representative will complete the RGA paperwork and submit it to the Service Manager. The Service Manager will then issue an RGA Number and send the customer shipping instructions on how to send the product back to Premier for evaluation. Unless otherwise agreed by Premier, the freight charges to ship the product to Premier will be the responsibility of the customer. If the goods are not received within 30 days of the RGA Number being issued, the RGA will be closed and considered invalid. Note that goods received without an RGA Number will not be accepted.STEP 4
Once the product has been received by Premier, it will be evaluated to determine if warranty is approved or denied.• If warranty is denied, the customer has the option of receiving the parts back in the condition they were received; Premier can offer a quote for repair; or Premier can scrap the part for the customer.
• If warranty is approved, the part will be repaired by Premier and sent back to the customer; a
new part will be sent back to the customer; or, if approved by Premier, a credit will be given for the replacement part that has already been purchased previously.OTHER NOTES
• At no time will part costs, labor charges, or travel charges be paid to the customer, without previous written agreement by Premier Pump.
• At no time will spare parts purchased by the customer be billed back to Premier, without written agreement by Premier Pump.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Premier warrants, to Buyer only, that Products manufactured by Premier are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year for most products. If a failure to conform to specifications or a defect in materials or workmanship is discovered within the applicable period, Premier must be promptly notified in writing within thirty (30) days of such discovery. Within a reasonable time after such notification, Premier shall correct any failure to conform to specifications or any defect in materials or workmanship, or in lieu of such repair, and at Premier’s sole option, shall replace the Products or the applicable portion thereof. Any such repair shall be performed at Premier’s facility, unless otherwise designated by Premier. Buyer shall pay any cost incurred as a result of shipping the Products, or any portion thereof, to Premier. Premier shall pay any cost incurred in returning the Products, or any portion thereof, to Buyer. For repairs done at Premier’s facility, Premier will pay for any costs of labor and materials, and any expenses incurred by Premier in making such repairs. Premier may opt to send replacement parts in lieu of repair at Premier’s facility. Premier may also opt to perform repairs at Buyer’s facility or site. If such repairs are performed for the convenience of Buyer, Buyer shall pay for all costs of labor and materials. If such repairs are performed for the convenience of Premier, Buyer shall, in Premier’s sole discretion, pay a portion of the costs of labor and materials. Premier shall have no obligation to pay or reimburse Buyer or any third party for any expense incurred as a result of any Products, or any repair or attempted repair of any Products. The warranty provided herein shall not apply in the event of any (a) defects caused by a failure to provide a suitable installation environment for the Products, (b) damage caused by the use of the Products for purposes other than those for which the Products were designed or intended, (c) damage caused by disasters such as fire, flood, wind, or lightning, (d) damage caused by unauthorized attachments or modifications, (e) other abuse or misuse, including improper installation, (f) reasonable wear and tear, and (g) defects in equipment or components not manufactured by Premier. Premier shall pass on any warranties for equipment and components not manufactured by Premier to the extent that such warranties may be passed on.
